MasternGTA is an independent, creator-owned brand selling made-to-order gaming gear and accessories. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Apple, Monster Energy, or any other game publisher or brand. The “GTA” in our name refers only to fan-inspired gaming content. All product designs are original, gaming-inspired works.

• All prices are in USD. The price you see at Stripe checkout is the price you pay.
• Every physical item is made to order — processing times are listed per product and in the shipping policy.
• Custom-text pricing scales with length exactly as shown on the product page; the server re-verifies every price at checkout.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order we can't reasonably fulfill (e.g. a request that violates the design rules below).

Request-a-Build quotes are free and non-binding — nothing is made or charged until you approve a quote. References you upload are used for inspiration only.

We build original and fan-inspired designs only. We will not copy protected logos, copyrighted characters, or official artwork, and we may decline any request at our discretion. By submitting references you confirm you have the right to share them.

Covered in full by the Returns & Refunds policy — 14-day returns on eligible items, and free replacement or refund for anything that arrives damaged or wrong.

Server Perk subscriptions are sold and billed through Tebex under Tebex's own terms. Access is tied to your FiveM account, activates on purchase, and lasts through your billing period; in-game perks may evolve over time as the server is updated.

Site content, product designs, and the MasternGTA name and logo are ours. Buying a product gives you the physical item — not the right to reproduce or resell the design commercially. Third-party names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

Products are decorative gear and props — not toys for young children, and not functional electronics unless a light kit is explicitly included. Use common sense with small parts and lighter sleeves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
