Shipping Policy

Nothing sits in a warehouse — your order is built fresh after you place it. Most pieces are made and finished in 1–6 business days depending on the product; each product page lists its own processing window. Custom-text pieces and large-format builds sit at the longer end.

Processing time is separate from transit time — the clock starts when we begin building, and tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

• Free U.S. shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.
• $6.50 flat-rate tracked shipping on everything else — one rate, no matter how much is in the box.
• $1.00 envelope shipping for sticker-only orders of up to 5 stickers. Envelope orders ship in a standard envelope with no tracking — if you want tracking, regular flat-rate shipping is available at checkout by adding more items.

Orders ship from the U.S. via major carriers (typically USPS). Once your order ships you'll get a tracking email, and you can always find tracking under My account & orders using the email you checked out with. Typical U.S. transit is 2–5 business days after processing.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses. Want something shipped elsewhere? Contact us first and we'll see what we can do.

Double-check your address at checkout — we build and ship to exactly what you enter. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).

If tracking stalls or a parcel goes missing, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier. Note that $1.00 envelope orders have no tracking, so they can't be traced once mailed.
